However, for those of us who grapple with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), the journey of maintaining a consistent blog can feel like an uphill battle. In this post, I'd like to share my personal struggles with keeping up with writing blogs due to my personal battles with ADHD and discuss some strategies that have helped me improve my time management skills.

Seek Accountability and Support: Sharing my blogging goals with a friend or family member has provided me with a sense of accountability. Additionally, I've found that joining blogging communities in addition to Facebook support groups have been able to offer advice, encouragement, and a sense of companionship.
Practicing Self-Compassion: It's essential to acknowledge that living with ADHD comes with unique challenges. Being kind to myself and understanding that setbacks are a part of the journey has helped me shift my perspective to being more understanding.
